what can i rattle bout on monday?
it is still a crappy monday to start cause i was tasked to reply to Quality Service Manager (QSM) for this particular incident.

this person has called our HQ helpline just because he wants to have his refund fast
but you should be aware that there's an existence of RED TAPE , lay dey
and that's why it got delayed.
so not happy, called in and complain.
that's what i loike about Singapore and its citizens, everything also complain
slow in getting refund complain, can't get the service preferred, complain, slow in getting a computer, also complain (as if i own a computer company *shrugs*)
sometimes, i ponder if it pays to help 'them' cause my objective has always been to help bridging the digital gap. but then hor, after kena slap 'left-right-top-bottom-front-back', i starts to think twice. all the community passion in me seems to decline gradually. maybe i just organise family tiki night every friday. no more help, just entertainment?

anyway, i started giving the full factual story and end it with suggestions/aar as required by QSM. forward it to my boss which she forward it to the boss boss
and i thot she would clear it soon but then hor
like what SW (all names are protected for copyright) aims to be ALWAYS be exellence in service
the boss boss expects me to write an official letter???!!!
i was like 'what the ****'. cause QSM just required an email explanation and nothing more than an official letter. and that summed up a crappy monday to begin with.
and i have yet to start with the official letter cause my mind just blocked and refuses to work.
i am still shocked that she still wants me to write an official letter???
making my life difficult is it?

went to my bro's place and it was a 'game haven'
complete with XBOX 360 and WII to top it off but if u want to have a portable game, not to worry, he too has PSP and DS Lite
kadang2 aku jugak fikir Abg aku giler tapi aper nak buat, most of the time dier kata, anak dier nak main... yalah tue. i dun care as long i get to play, i am fine to. i support you buying all these gadgets and the latest was WII - The Band

kind of cool cause there have to be a guitarist, a drummer and a lead singer
but before i join in to the 'LEAD SINGER', i had my trial WII Fit (something like that)
for a start, you have to stand on this white base. first thing i asked was tak pecah ke? badan aku nie kooosss semangat. haha anyway, the simple looking white base is not simple afterall, it able to identify your centre of gravitiy, weight, posture, etc...
shites! and the best was when they measure your physical conditions.
sad but true, i have a body of 43 years old

it was interesting as there were different kind of exercise for you to try on
in particular, i like the step aerobics cause first, it is fun to exercise with a computer as you won't feel inferior with other women who has superb body clad in the super tight exercise tights.
Secondly, i still dun feel inferior exercising with those computer image rather than those gorgeous woman in tights. get it?
i took the hula hoop, yoga, ball heading, skiing, and the jog
and for all time spent, it was tracked by WII and for the good results u get, they will unlocked another exercise regime.

i just got to blog this... i scored 246 hulas! means i swivel my hips for 246 times within 2 min
isn't that an accomplishment? by now, mine pinggang dah macam kerengga kot. not!
mom asked me to buy so that i can exercise at home. i think she also worried for me as my weight seems to be escalating fast. of course, i would like to buy but tunggu October? and i pester Nash to buy or maybe co-share. that would be a good deal to work with. but anyone has any suggestions how i can lose weight? or methods that i can try to lose weight? i am desperate.

but since October is still 2 months away, i conclude that you will see me heading to Bedok R from Jurong West every week. tak ke bagus tue? just to trim off abit of excess baggage just in time for hari raya. sigh...
